We're excited to be in pursuit of our newest rockstar, a detail-oriented and passionate individual who is a master of building relationships. This key customer service position is the dedicated Account Manager that will work directly with our white label partners in creating, growing and managing their own PPC networks. Our enthusisatic and attentive rep will:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and support
  • Facilitate the setup and client onboarding process
  • Ensure customer success in the client's training and knowledge of the platform
  • Liaison with the sales team regarding client follow-ups and referrals
  • Report client progress and partner feedback to department and company management
  • Previous account management and/or online marketing experience an asset

3-5 Years of Java Programming Experience with:

  • Strong Knowledge of Java
  • Experience in network applications development
  • Knowledge of main network protocols, SQL, databases including excellent knowledge of database structure and query optimization
  • Knowledge of Technical English
  • Knowledge of GWT, Hibernate, ORM framework, Spring or other dependency injection frameworks
  • Play framework
  • Experience in programming of multithreading applications
  • Experience with highly loaded applications in load balanced environment
  • Mathematical skills (statistics)

3-5 Years of Java Programming Experience with:

  • Strong Knowledge of Java
  • Experience in network applications development
  • Knowledge of main network protocols, SQL, databases including excellent knowledge of database structure and query optimization
  • Knowledge of Technical English

Our fast growing online marketing company is looking for a Technical Writer to join our Vancouver-based team.

Required experience in technical writing for user manuals and training guides, preferred experience in technical writing for software, CRM or network platforms.
